Maybe Asian call centre? The number was found by dialling 1471 and the call time and date were accurate Nov.30 @ 11:13a.m..
its a SCAM telling you that you sign up to stocks and bonds on the net from a popup on the screen ,when you ask as to how they got your number they try and talk about something els to get you off about ur number and talk about the said stockes and bonds

They have called me three times now (once at 7am this morning!) they said I'm calling from your technical team as you are having issues with your internet - just follow my instructions and ....

They're using recorded messages now to bug people because even THEY can't be bothered to to speak to people anymore, and yet WE are supposed to be interested!!! LOL I have had dozens of these phone calls during Covid Lockdown, the parasites don't give up do they?
02070974865 called claiming to be from Openreach and saying they had detected an fault with my internet. Wanted to talk me through what to do on my computer. I neglected to mention that my internet provider doesn't use the Openreach network and said I'd go and get my computer. Caller held on for a long time calling out to ask if I was still there.
