Cold call to invite me to register a PPI mis-selling claim, this is a complete waste of time so I have now blocked this number.

My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. A man said no problem he would sort it. July 2016 - he is getting reminders about a missed payment and a telephone call threatening court action! Bring it on!! #fraudsters

I received a call from this number telling me that had a call for me and that they were transferring me. I put the phone down quickly in case I would then be charged for the call.

Just received a call from an Asian gentleman called Alex Carter claiming to be from BT and saying I have a problem with my IP/internet connection. Told him I am not with BT as they are useless but he insisted that all other providers use BT and it was up to them to sort out and stop all these other people using my internet I just need to start up my computer and allow their technician access to fix! This company is a huge nuisance and should be fined. They do not screen against the TPS and do not remove people from the marketing list when asked. ALWAYS report this number to the Information Commisioner s Office. It is very say to do that on the ICO website. Because if enough people do that, they company will get a massive fine and hopefully be put out of business.

This number is calling all day up to 9 pm. We work shifts. They have been politely and rudely told to stop calling and have rung a futher 3 times since i swore at them.
