claims to be from bt but when told this is part of a large company I was told I was lying and it was a domestic number it said so on their computer...still calls up to 5 times a day even though they have been told to cease

Female called saying she was calling about an accident I had reported. I said I hadn t reported an accident and asked where she got the information from. She said she wasn t at liberty to say, then rudely went off on one, ending with it was my fault for not opting out, before slamming the phone down. Opting out of what..? Have blocked caller.

Last night I received a call from this number and a man asked to speak to my husband. When I asked what it was about he said he was from Chase Alexander. I asked for more details and he hung up This morning he phoned again and again said he was from Chase Alexander and wanted to speak to my husband. When I asked him what he was calling about he said it was in regard to an accident. I informed him my husband had not had an accident could he be more specific. Accident Claims company, got my details from national accident data and despite being told not to contact me on numerous occasions, have again rung 3 times today!!! they refuse to tell you anything about why they are ringing until YOU GIVE THEM information! such a rude Pain in the ARSE!!!

Had two calls from this number. They hung up when I asked them to prove who they were in response to being asked for my security details. Spoke to Orange and demanded to have the calls stopped or as a loyal customer I will leave Orange. Lots of excuses but they accepted in end. I will leave if it happens again!
