Wanted to know about 'an accident I was involved in recently'. Fair enough, I was involved in an accident - in 1971!

Kept calling frequently and hanging up or dead line upon answer - finally got a female asking to speak with DH about previous Boxing news subscription and he wasn t interested. She says "well I ll call back" before I could pleasantly tell her to remove the number she hung up. Still keep ringing and Sky scandalously want to charge £3.50 per month to bar it. Saw another user s helpful comment to change the call ID so we know to ignore it, so thanks for that bit of advice.

Appreciate this seems to be a legit and helpful company from the other messages left here, but I just received a call from these guys and had no idea why they were calling me. They were talking about new government releases and just lots of jargon basically. Would have preferred a straight forward plain English this is who we are and what we do type approach... Hung up as soon as I answered but then the same number called my mobile seconds later. Clearly working from some list which has both my landline and mobile number linked. I can t think of any such list except NHS!

I dont know anyone in scotland. It rung off when i answered. I think they were hoping i return the call. I always check numbers first

They asked for my name and if I had a life insurance. I said thank you but I am not interested. They replied on a very rude way: "I am not asking you if you are interested or not, just if you have or not a life insurance". I said no thanks, and goodbye. I doubt that would be the best way to communicate with customers...

Another Vanquis number. The company keep calling me but asking for someone else whom I have never heard of. Despite being told (eventually) that they will remove my number, they always call again, usually from another number.
