I ve received 3 calls from these idiots - two I failed to answer but after reading posts on sites like this decided, for my own amusement, to answer on the third call. The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive. Fake BT scammers, asking to log on to your computer and change settings or your internet switched off!

I thought this was a cold call. Not the case. It belongs to Gledhill boiler company, who were trying to contact me about an issue with my boiler. This is a Blackpool based company.
