SMS message allegedly from GOV.UK saying I am eligible for a tax refund payment, with attached link to apply.

Yet another supposedly HMRC recorded message. I'm amazed that these fraudulent scammers are still trying this. If these idiots had an IQ above 1 they would get a proper job. Their families must be so proud of these amoeba brained crooks.

Keep getting these automated calls stating they are from BT about to terminate my landline and broadband. Glad its me that answers the phone not my elderly mother who may have fallen for the scam.

Calls every night at the same time. I've been getting calls from similar numbers for months and, as I block one they start calling from another.

Claimed to be calling on behalf of my energy company saying they would give me a better deal at renewal. Still two years to run on contract so person obviously misleading me. No sense why my energy company would call now to give a better deal starting in two years time! They were not calling from my energy company, according to my energy broker.

Said they were Quick Fit Boilers. Told that the extended warranty on our boiler was due for renewal. We have no such extended warranty - the boiler has been in the house for years. Beware!

This number is a scam. They are rude, aggressive and threatening and I have reported them to ActionFraud. They will hurl abuse at you, threaten you and intimidate you by calling you from your own number to make you feel vulnerable.

An Alex Johnson left vm. He said we was of "Websecurity......." can't get the last word, saying following me taking out a Firewall security plan with them in 2017! my renewal was due for the next 6 years in the sum of £1499.00 and if I did not phone to cancel they would automatically take this money from my account and I was to ensure there were sufficient funds. I have no record of this transaction.

Telemarketing

Very rude and persistent. When I asked to be removed from the database he kept asking why I wouldn’t want to claim money that’s owed to me. He was very condescending. Do they really think people won’t have heard of PPI by this point?
