SCAM - OFCOM Internet Conection Called pretending to be OFCOM with a convincing sounding recorded message from a very nice lady that my internet connection had been hacked and would terminate in 24hrs. Then requested I press "1" to resolve the situation. Absolute scam - the number is local to Solihull and is unobtainable if dialled. Delete and block immediately !!!

Rings constantly pretending to be talk talk. As an X talk talk customer I have challenged them on this and the caller will just go quiet and hang up. This is a Somerset Highways telephone number. If you have made a comment, or complaint, about a road or pavement, either by email, letter or telephone, this is the generic telephone number they will call you back on. They did telephone me back later the same day. No good trying to call them back, it is not a manned line.

Namely it solicits the person receiving the call to press 1 on their phones to seek help in avoiding Internet cut off within a timeslot of 4hrs usually.
