Pretend from amazon that I have purchased 1 phone for 700quid Scam

Paid number This number appeared twice in my mobile phone bill as chargeable "Picture or Multimedia Messages". I have no idea who the number belongs to. This mobile phone is a "second phone" which has only been used to make one phone call and send one SMS text.- I've used it for data and local wifi data connections. I'm guessing there's an app or website I've used that somehow is sending these multimedia messages?

They phoned offering me £1000 Loan to which I accepted they then asked me for £25 administration fee which they made me go to a shop to get what's called a pay safe voucher which I did I know I'm an idiot anyway I gave them the voucher code they then said they would call me back which they did trying to get another £75 out of me so I told them to xxxx off some Indian women with a bad attitude anyway ripped off for £25 gutted

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.

Caller started to ask about an all inclusive holiday I had supposedly had in past 2 years. I had another call on hold as I didn't know the number and wanted to make sure it wasn't something important. When I stopped the girl and explainied that I had another call on hold and I couldn't take her call she said "what did you do that for?" and hung up! - cheeky scouse bi*ch. If I could be bothered I would ring back and complain but easier to block.

Received a text with link for vocare website patient survey for NHS 111, which makes sense as had recently used 111 NHS service a week prior - but still wary as could be hyperlink posing and would just rather not to risk it.
