Call center Was a very persistent man who spoke so quickly I couldn't understan who he said he worked for (even after I asked him to repeat himself more slowly ) saying he could save me money on my phone mobile phone and constantly asked how much I was paying. A real number for once - "UK consumer survey" or something. Aggressive - my name obviously linked to number on their computers. Tried to sell Life insurance! Added to personal blacklist on 1572. I called back to verify that they are a real number.
Claimed to be from BT Connect and wanted to "save us money". Wanted to know who we were with for telecomms, told them TalkTalk as they were much friendlier & responsive than BT (true). "Amy" was VERY insistent that she "come round and talk to us about saving money on our telecomms". Obviously we firmly refused, said goodby and put the phone down with her saying "but..but". Pest!

When I answer, it rings another number so I cut it off before that one was answered. I can only imagine this works as a reverse charge call because effectively you end up calling them.
