SCAM Further to my earlier review I managed to get the operator to give up on me by pretending to be deaf and unable to understand his heavy India accent (not entirely untrue on either count). Kept asking him to repeat all the questions and spell out everything: first his name, then the name of the company etc in a voice that makes me sound older than I am. After 2or 3 minutes he gave up.

This is a SCAM. Most domestic appliance insurances are D&G. These scammers get lucky, more often than not. Amazon Prime scam. dont have it. cannot believe they are using a private number from Derwen Fawr affluent area of Swansea.
The caller gave his name and said he was from "The National Advisory Service" and that they had on their records that I had "some years ago" worked in manufacturing. Replied I had not and please to no call me again - he was still going through his spiel as I hang up!
