This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. SCAM - pretends to be family member whose phone has been damaged. They then say urgent bill needs paying but cant pay via temporary phone so can you pay and they will pay you back tomorrow. I went along with it and they gave bank details which I didn't screenshot fast enough as I was angry but police would love to receive them if anyone gets them. When I exposed them as liars they gave my name and address with the threat of being round in 5 minutes!!!! Reported to police and action fraud.
