Phone rang, silence then a click. They almost got my name right and told me they would be sending me a letter with a refund from a recent financial transaction, didn't specify which one. I suggested that the caller was probably better off seeking gainful employment elsewhere and should stop wasting both my and her time. I have no doubt this is a scam or con.

I just did not want to call it back in case it was a cold call.
Called re free energy review. Said would only take a few minutes but called back wanting to make an hour long appointment to survey the entire property.
As I get sales calls constantly I always answer and say nothing until I hear who is on the other line, 20 seconds later and no-one spoke! Another scammer I think!
