It was a woman who said she was from microsoft and that my pc had been sending them reports it had been hacked. The pc hasn't been on for weeks and microsoft software doesn't send these reports. This is a scam to get them access to your computer. Do not give them any personal information.

After confirming this information by pressing number 1 on the keypad the IVR informed me that my card with numbers ending with XXXX has been compromised and a replacement will be issued.
