This is a company called "Next Step Money" based in Hull England, they claim to help you recover any unnecessary PPI charges back from your creditors, they are not the most professional company out there, I would recommend blocking them on your phone as they will harass you every day and try to force you in to doing business with them as they tried with my dad. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
