Claimed to be from Sky, first offering me a TV package deal, which I declined then offering to look into my Broadband. The line then went dead but I did receive an email so I phoned Sky customer services to check. They had no record of any calls being made to me, or any email being sent. Caller claimed to be from Sky and that I was due both a new viewing card and a refund. I rang Sky back using the official number on their website and they advised that there was no record of any outbound call about either issue and that according to my account notes, neither was due.
