This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different. A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Just block it or block the range, I have been using the mobile application from these pages, works fine, no problems. Blocked

had 5 calls from this number yesterday and one today from 01143190623 with the same introductionIndian guy claiming to have an English name trying to sell me a call blocking package.
Caller said he was from Telephone Preference Service. Asked for the new expiration date of my debit card to confirm my ID to help him to prevent scam calls! Presumably phishing for useful ID data.
