Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - scam PPI calls mainly. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down! Microsoft do not engage in unsolicited cold calls, and likely not using mobile number
