Same as other writers, male voice purporting to be from TalkTalk telling me that my router was going to be shut down in 24 hours by TalkTalk as it had been infected, Asked why wait 24 hours they were unable to answer, advised them that I would pass the info. to my IT unit and also contact TalkTalk myself on another line to check.............................. They hung up, I really can't imagine why!.

Asian woman said she was with Telephone Preference Service and wanted the expiry date of my bank card. Said I never gave TPS any bank details so why is she asking for them. Said she didn't want my bank details and not understandin what she was saying and asked again for my expiry date.
