A PPI company representative who phoned me with a cold call told me that VERVE MEDIA, LONDON sell contact lists to other PPI claim companies when I challenged him about being contacted. This is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are more similar numbers reported (all 020347608xx - just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. All of them are used for some kind of telemarketing (sometimes also cold calling), seems to be working for non-profit organizations (Cancer Research UK and similar), but in fact nuisance. People did someone answer this number?

Similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers or life insurance). For sure some general call centre with telemarketing offers. Did someone answer this one people?
