After caller introduced himself to me, I politely informed him that I didn't have time to speak right now and tried to ask him to ring another time. I was talked over in a rude and patronising way telling me he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I cut in with that's fine but I need to go. He then screamed blue murder at me! I couldn't understand much of it, but I'm 100% sure I was called a bi*ch. Seriously, I have never been spoken to in my life like that. In the end I loudly told him to change his attitude

Caller said she was from "Energy Advisors" and that they work alongside my enery supplier. I asked who was my enery supplier and she said "EDF". This was wrong.
