This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Apparently they are RTB UK Ltd I checked their site http://www.rtbuk.net/ it shows to be a debt collection agency. I would not trust them because they called my number looking for my brother who doesn t even live in the country!!! They would not tell me how they got it in the first place. Stay away.
