Couldn't understand what the lady was saying as very strong Asian accent. Just been called and asked where they got the number. No response. She quickly hung up on me when I started asking questions. Undoubtedly a scam. I'm amazed these companies find this sort of thing worthwhile. Surely they just get hundreds of angry people on the phone every day with almost no take up of their scams.

Silent call
Calling every day, sometimes more than once. Don't know who they are because unless they give their name my phone (with nuisance blocker) doesn't even ring. So it must be an automated call otherwise they'd stop trying. Love my phones - these nuisance calls are a thing of the past. I only look occasionally to see if one number has been repeatedly calling / and this one has.

SCAM said they were Microsoft and there was unusual activity on my computer via internet. Explained that I’d not had my computer on for many months! He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down! Microsoft do not engage in unsolicited cold calls, and likely not using mobile number
