When you ask to be removed from their list they refuse and get abusive. Call from man (no gentleman) with Indian accent who claimed to be from Microsoft Technical Department. When I jokingly replied that I was from Microsoft fraud department he ranted down the phone at me for 15 minutes in abusive language before he eventually hung up. I have had scam calls before but this one was downright offensive.
