Calls from "BT" and "Openreach" are always scams as the real companies will never call you unless you ask then to.
Disgusting told Me they would give me a loan. Sounded legitimate told me to pay installment upfront of £185 which I stupidly did. Then I canceled after they started asking for more money. I've asked for a refund and for 4 days now he's told me it will go in my bank. Still no money. Do not believe them I've lying scumbags hope they get caught out for fraud!! Caller with Indian accent said she was calling from "Global Support" because they had identified that my computer was running slowly and they would fix this. She asked me to go to a website www.teamviewer.com. I said I didn t know her so would google this first, before going onto an unknown site. She hung up.
