This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. Like everyone above we bought the space bags after seeing them advertised on TV. We paid for them and didn t think about them again until today when they took ?99.99 out of our bank account with no warning, no brochure, no anything really. It s a scam and I would tell everyone you know to avoid this product at all costs. We re lucky enough to have been able to get our money refunded but I m sure that s not the case for everyone.
