It's a scam do NOT trust the people that tell you it's the official number. Ive had a chat with support and they cannot confirm this number and told me not to call that number at any cost. There's even a natwest clone website that could trick many people . Its professionally done and natwest should do something about this immediately as it's one of the top links on google search.

So much for Ofcom stopping nuisance calls.
They have phoned a few times and have let me say hello 2-3 times before they hang up on me! Today there was a cough or two before they hang up. Maybe one day they will say hello...
