SCAM They ring pretending that they have been involved in installing insulation in your loft and that there's a potential problem with it that they need someone to visit. It is all lies. Energy efficiency and insulation is a good thing, but this company is definitely a scam. They seem to be making use of standard recorded messages in response to your responses too, to make it sound like it is a human on the other end.

It was an automated message saying that I had an outstanding balance and an arrest warrant was issued for my arrest and I should press 1 to speak to a representative about it. They offered me a 40% discount on my EE bill. I checked with EE and its a scam, nothing to do with EE. They ask some personal questions (which i refused to answer) then send a generic email, Subject 'EE Upgradation' (im not even sure that's a word, is it) saying Welcome to EE, etc, etc. I hung up and suggest you do the same.
