Keep getting a call from this number, the last one was 2 hoursn ago. I do not answer numbers I do not recognise.

HMRC calling to say a fraud has been done in my name, press 1 to, .. I ended the call as it sounded suspicious to me.

This company has been calling and texting my mobile ever since I took on the number four years ago asking to speak to Sandra Cruddas. I ve never heard of her. It s not me.

Received call from 01216848780 at teatime today. Silence on other end of phone and then put down receiver.

Caller was silent as soon as I answered the phone. I receive up to 5 of these a day since a motor insurance claim.

Told me she was calling from Microsoft, and did I have a microsoft computer and "it very important" I said no, and she got very aggressive shouting maam why are you lying to me maam. I hung up

Asked for me by my full name? Asked if I still read the Sunday Times (never read it in my life!).... I won t tell you what I said next but it went very quiet. I told them not to call ever again and hung up. Do they think I ve got nothing better to do than to talk s**t with them? Utter menace!

After being scammed before are very wary of cold calls and scams. However, this one was picked up without really looking or thinking but I must say this seems a dangerous one because this did sound almost genuine with (as above, claiming to be HMRC). In our case, the line just went dead after it told us to press one to speak to an officer. This is one that could catch unexpecting people out so be careful! We keep it as rule that if in any doubt, ONLY answer numbers that are 0800 or gov numbers (030) unless

This Asian prat, after asking me my name said in a thick Paki accent. "I have not rung to tell you anything" So I said in that case **** Off and put the phone down. But I was right; this cretin is from Londonistan where 4 out of five residents are from foreign descent. I know of no one in London so why ring me if it s not to try and con money out of me. Recorded voice, say that they are from talktalk and they are going to cut off broadband. I have had many of these crap calls, sometimes multiple per day.
