Maybe the situation with them would have been different. I was so naïve and did not have enough information I needed to know about the whole online investing scenario. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user.
