Has kept calling me asking to speak to someone who I have no idea who is. When challenged on this said could I give them my details to update their records then they would never call again. When asked they said they were someone called "Benefits UK". Number is now blocked

I was hard at work concentrating on what I was doing when interrupted by this number calling me. I did not answer. When I investigated later Google associated it with Fed-Ex tracking service. Puzzled, I called it back, only to get a recorded message saying it was a research agency. All the above info re talktalk scam is correct. Female left two messages saying I would be disconnected from Talktalk immediately unless I spoke to their agent by pressing button '1'. Do not fall for it. May I suggest best advice is not to answer and block call.
