Junk, text for someone else, something about BPO.. I've had the same message from several different numbers, blocked them and then it comes from another number.
possibly being forged by VOIP call scammers - inbound call showed as "INTERNATIONAL 01204436312" Substantial weirdness ensued after answering, but no human or recording was heard
Fraud Claims national insurance number is barred and hold to talk to an officer.
Asked how many phones in business. How many workers. Asked something else but reception was busy so I ended call.
Scammers saying they are HMRC and going to arrest you. They are not its a SCAM.

This number has tried to call me twice now - each time making me leap up from some other activity and hence a damn nuisance. Tried to call back and get a continuous tone. Absolutely despise these people who intrude on my life.

Get constant calls from various numbers asking for "the business owner", unfortunately our number was used by a business about 10 years ago and occasionally appears in searches however that business closed down so they are obviously using old lists, but despite repeated attempts to get them to stop calling us and telling them there is no business at this address and they are ignoring our requests. Always an Asian, usually male, voice.
