called and said he was a local energy adviser and had i heard the about the government incentive regarding energy saving. When i asked who he thought he was calling,he hung up.

Called but left no message in response to my "this number blocks withheld and unrecognised numbers" message, but it is clear from the numerous other reports that it is a standard Indian "Your commputer is infected" criminal fraudster. What surprises me is that many people do not seem to realise that the number displayed is spoofed and that the call actually comes from an Indian criminals call centre. This is a scam, they will pretend to be a family member who has swapped phones. They will then ask for a loan of some money to pay an invoice.
