Had a call from this number today firstly on my mobile which I managed to reject. It immediately then rang my landline which I didn t answer. Who are these people and how did they get my mobile number? When you ring the number back they don t identify themselves and ask you to leave a message. Sounds very dodgy so be aware.

Can I just say that I have had a call from this number, and you all think it is due to having a quote / taking out insurance. I have never been on the website nor taken out insurance from more than so I don t think it is the actual company - don t end up cancelling insurance with them because of that.

SCAM Called to say my home appliance cover will be discounted. Gave the name of Chris Jones and a contact number of 08007789104. Gave him false sort code and account number to see where this was going. He asked me to "confirm" my date of birth also gave him a false date, he missed the fact it was April Fool's day. Rang my mobile briefly and then stopped. No message left. Probably trying to get me to call them back. I ve had a lot of this type of call lately and they re always from telemarketers or accident claims hawkers, so draw your own conclusions about this one.
