I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar numbers called me recently - all the same 019167402xx range - probably the same marketing company? I don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19255634xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

This one seems to be the same story as the 08437240169 and 08437240171 - it seems they use more premium rate numbers for cold calling, so for any case DO NOT call them back, this is a money trap. If they answer the call, there is some fake pensions review group or similar story, be very careful before presenting them any personal data...

They did not sound like they were in an office, the phrase was "Oh yeah, I called you about claiming money back from PPI, you done that yet?" Ironically I do need to claim some back but the unprofessional-ism scared me off of them.
