THE GUY CALLED ASKING TO BE TRANSFERRED IN THE EXTERNAL PHONE NUMBER: 09071267755, SAYING HIS PHONE ON THE ROOM WAS NOT WORKING SO I TRANSFERED HIM ONCE, WE CHECKED THE PHONES AND EVERYTHING WAS WORKING SO WE DIDNT TRANSFERRED HIM AGAIN . SCAM automated call! This number called - I didn't answer as I didn't recognise it. My voicemail picked up part of an automated recorded message, seemed to be telling me to press 1 or my National Insurance number would be 'switched off' and I would no longer be able to use it. Possibly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard but sadly some people will panic and do as they're told!

Rang to say the auto number needs renewing,, on direct debit which needed renewing. Wouldnt tell me what the auto number was, caller got frustrated and with an 'oh my god' hung up. Guess will never know what it was
