SCAM - claim to be working for o2 to offer a discount, they are obviously trying to SIM swap or login to account as they already have your mobile number they can get an o2 security text message sent to your phone. The text message is legitmate BUT you must not give them the code. It even says in the message never to share the code with anyone. They need the code to access your account. DON'T LET THEM!

Debt collector. Had been receiving calls daily. Finally answered and they asked for my address and dob! Hung up and did research on the company. Called them back as I didn t think I had any debts. Gave them my details, but they had my old address. Confirmed that. I m so sick of sales calls to my mobile that I don t answer unknown numbers any longer. This Derby number has telephoned me at least twice a day over the last three weeks, no message is ever left, so I know they are not bonafide. I have requested companies take my info off their databases in the past and have threatened to report them, but I m not sure it has any effect. They seem a law unto themselves.
