Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing - probably some insurance marketing call. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?

0800 161 5204 This is NOT a Barclays number at all! They phoned me and asked for my dob... I said the year only. To which the caller became very irate and asked for further info, I put the phone down and actually phoned Barclays customer service who confirmed this number does not belong to any barclaycard department! Be aware, they are scammers!

SCAM - "UK Essentials" - sounded like scammers - typical couple of seconds after you say "hello" to respond - and then hung up. Sounded like the man was calling from an Indian call centre with the London number being a spooked number.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
