I didn't recognise the number so let it go to answer machine. they didn't leave a message, so I called them back and the number was answered and was silent? I presume it was a machine/automated call but not sure.

Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.

SCAM / SPAM Automated message telling me my internet was about to be cut off and to press 1 to speak to "my internet provider". ( rather than naming the company that provides my internet which they would know if they were legit. Plenty of scams of this type around it seems.
i answered the phone very politely asking how can i help only to be told i was a **** as i wasn't the person he had asked for the agent continued to swear at me do not answer this call horrible disrespectful animals.

They have been ringing me for weeks and managed to ignore the number when it came up. They rang 7times on my landline yesterday. 3 times in the space of half an hour. My husband then answered it last night and woman said something about a survey and him getting voucher for petrol. i shouted him to hang up the phone...which he did. They haven t called back. I am now investing in a phone with call guard because I am absolutely SICK of being harassed by this number and similar annoying sales calls.

Claiming to be from National Insurance and asking me to press 1 to speak to an investigator before action is taken against my national insurance number. They claimed some fraudulent activity on the North Wales border. I didn’t press 1 and ended the call as I’m sure that’s a scam.
I have received a message from this number stating that there is a RoyalMail parcel waiting for me, but on the royalmail website cant find the parcel reference provided....

This number is a SCAM. I just received a call from a man telling me he had my file in front of him and I have some unsecured debts. When I told him that I do not have any debts he hung up immediately and didn't even say goodbye. Clearly not a genuine debt advice agency because they would never hang up in such a manner. i answered this number and the caller said he was from orange calling about my upgrade, I put him off and he called twice more. I talked about my upgrade, he new all my details and gave his opinion on suitable mobiles for me - even advising on my usage and a better phone for me because of it.
