They claimed to have a file on me which said I had been involved in an accident in the last two and half years. This is untrue. They refused to tell me how they got the file. I am registered with the Phone Marketing preference service, so their call was illegal. Who will prosecute them?

Molly from Rapid Advice Service called regarding an accident I was apparently in (at least that explains the headache i ve assumed was due to these sort of idiot calls...). Asked where she received the information from but was transferred to Soloman. He in turn hung up when I said i d like copies of the information that he stated was supplied.
