SCAM Fraud A computer voice informed me that HMRC was going to arrest me if I didn't press "1" to connect to them. Not sure what would have happened if I had followed the instructions, but this is a nasty fraud all the same.
Twice this week have had Indian ladies with strong accents with an offer for me from Sky as I am over 60 - which I am not. The first one argued with me about my age and slammed the phone down the second one insisted I hadn t received the first call but slammed the phone down when I said I was not over 60.
SCAM Apparently the bank wanted to talk to my nan about her bank cards, she hung up on these scammers.

SCAM - automated call. Left a voicemail to say that a legal enforcement action had been initiated on my National Insurance number and for me to call them back and they would go through my case file with them. They also said that if i did not do this, my National Insurance number would be deleted.

Receiving calls about boiler replacement every couple of days and I am now about to put it on my Truecall machine. The best ?100 I ever spent. I seldom get nuisance cals these days but as soon as I have time I Google them to check authenticity, then put them on the Truecall if not trusted. Microsoft ringing me about my computer. A scam..... when I asked them to cut to the chase and describe to me what was the exact scam they were trying to drop on me, they rang off. Strange....LOL
SCAM: First of all, an automated male voice saying ' Hello, Customer, an ipad has been added to your Amazon account'. The taped message was poorly recorded and there were several breaks and skips in it. It played 3 or 4 times continuously before I ended the call. I didn't wait for the end of the message. I don't have, or ever have had, an Amazon account. Supposedly calling from Wolverhampton.
