SCAM, judging by the many comments left on other look-up numbers. At 08:13 a male voice said he was BT Technical Department. We are not with BT so I put the phone down. The same number rang at 08:22. I did not answer it, so after a few seconds the ringing stopped. Many other people have reported the same experience.

An extremely rude man (possibly antipodean accent) identified himself as being from the "Credit Protection Association", asking for our MD. My request for the reason for his call was met with abuse, so I ceased conversing with him. When I phoned back the number to make a complaint, I was met with a recorded message telling me I had received a marking call from the Credit Protection Association before it disconnected my call.

Asian lady, who I couldn't understand, claiming to be from the government department claims advisory group. Apparently they had a cheque to send me for overpaid bank charges. Told her to send it to me, but she wanted my DOB. When challenged that surely they knew this as they had my name and number and address etc, then they must already have my DOB, she said it was for verification, at which point I thanked her for the call (it included a few expletives) and hung up. Do not engage with them.

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. They gave me the details of my account, bit of a hard sell but eventually ended up adding over 20Gb per month and free subscription for an extra £2 pcm without extension to contract. Details showed in Vodafone app within minutes. Genuine call but a hard sales person, very very persistant.
