They rang me today lady with a strong asian accent, knew my name and postcode. (I didn t tell them they was correct with my name etc) when I ask who they was she gave a name I didn t believe. When I ask what the company was, she replied with f##k you and hung up. Absolute morons!!!!!

loads and loads of unwanted and unwelcome calls from an accident claims company, who know nothing about my so called accident. Where did they get my number???? Asked them to discontinue calling me, totally ignored this request. A bunch of totally ignorant foreign sounding cold callers who are totally irritating, and will not take no for an answer

SCAM Caller said they were from Amazon and that I would have a high payment charged monthly (£79.99) unless cancelled and the caller was going to "help me" cancel my Amazon Prime subscription. After some arguing (as she tried to get me to stay on the line), I hung up and checked Amazon website going through their online chatbot. Call center for Learning Curve . They have your number if you have ever searched or done the starting process for one of the 'free Level 2 courses' with government funding. The company are legit BUT beware the 'free' government funding claim - it is funded, but, from your adult learning grant which is means tested, they need all your income details etc and a £125 fee if you do not complete the course.

Fraud - Indian call centre claiming to be from O2 but hiding behind a UK number as you are more likely to answer it. Offered savings off my bill and free upgrade wanted my details to check and the one time pass code that O2 were going to send me. Its a massive fraud once they have your account info they will go on a spending spree using your details but changing the delivery address. Just hang up or do not answer.

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.
