Just had a call from this number asking for a person who has not lived here for a long time and by her maiden name not her married name. This number is NOT Paypal because I rang Paypal and asked them if this number was one of theirs. Paypal confirmed it was NOT one of their numbers. So beware it is a SCAM. I contacted the person this number was trying to get hold of and the strange thing is they had just got a call from this number as well.

I received a call from this number telling me that had a call for me and that they were transferring me. I put the phone down quickly in case I would then be charged for the call.
Called twice, claimed they were Government funded! Said only four ppl should have my accident details, rated my Insurance company as excellent without knowing who they are. when told I work for a transport company and we have our own solicitors, he tried to discredit them! Very persistant, had to end the call myself after telling him he was going to get nowhere!

These people started calling me after I had an accident! Don't know how they got my info as I did not make a claim or report this to my insurer as I was not at fault.
