SCAM / SPAM recorded message - saying they are from my internet provider and my service will be cut off in 24 hours because of "illegal activity" and telling you to press 1 to speak to an adviser.
As I initially gave this company permission to look into a ppi claim on my behalf after I e.mailed them after several months of silence, I then received a letter informing me that I am entitled to £800. 3 months later they messaged me to say that I have no claim. What happened to the £800 ????
