Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). Potential scam, allegedly from Morgan Stanley. I have never had any dealings with this bank and I doubt very much if they would cold call anyone. Caller admitted my name / number came from an enquiry made for to another comp[any which was also a scam.

Number rings once then hangs up if you do not answer. Sometimes repeats a few minutes later, again only rings once then hangs up immediately.
Cold call. Told me I had been involved in an accident. Since I had not I challenged the caller that they were making a nuisance call. They hung up instantly.
