Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. Internet so say from Microsoft said I didn’t have computer or laptop, he continued to say there was a license in my name on his record I called him a liar/scammer - he kept going on I put phone down.
I have listed this as scam SCAM but I do answer unknown out of the blue calls. I believe that if the caller dosen't bother to leave a message, it can't be serious and is probably up to no good. As soon as the caller got the answerphone message they immediately killed the call.

SPAM I kept getting calls from this number and doggy voicemails saying they will take legal action. The voice Mail sounded like a robot
Called about a motorcycle accident only 6 days ago (about which I'd only spoken to insurance company) - their info was several days old and when I asked who they were and why they were contacting me they asked why I was being rude and then hung up! - all the signs of a dodgy '3rd party claims vulture' if you ask me!!

In my considered opinion this is a 'SPAM' call. The caller repeatedly interrupted me when I was trying to speak! Said he was from an organisation called 'Premier Rewards'. Sounded highly suspicious - he was telling me he wanted to give me some money .... for nothing!! Yeah!!!

Such lazy scammers - they use the same numbers each time. Basically if you receive a call from a Bolton code eg 01204 and you don;t live in Bolton or know someone who lives in Bolton, just ignore and block. It will just be these lazy evil scammers. Sometimes they claim to be TalkTalk, another time they claim to be 'National Debt Resolution'. They are totally useless - they are even rude the moment you answer, and can't even manage to sound even briefly plausible or professional. Evil fools - the worst.

this company just phoned me. a lady with an accent told me i had a blockchain account. i said i would check online, she got irritated. i told her she was a scammer, she got more irritated. i put the phone down. Dont give these people any personal information.

It urges you to press 1 to have further details about the case before they issue an arrest warrant. Block number and report. It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. 'Lady' called to say she was from VISA & my card subject to misuse with total £1400 being taken (?) & to "Press 1" to speak to someone there to prevent funds being taken. Seems like a scam, so I rang the number direct & got through to someone who just slammed phone down. Fishy !!
I also had a message saying that they miss me. When I quizzed who it was they said Joana. I checked the number with a WhatsApp picture and it was a bloke so definitely not a Joana. I would suggest that you block the number

These are a scam outfit, call centre telling me that someone had ordered an iPhone 13 pro with my Amazon account, that my details had been leaked and they would put me through to Amazon to verify details, I haven’t even got an Amazon account. Beware this is a total scam!!!!
