Called to review a Life Assurance policy that I have never had at an address I have not been at years. Told caller he was either badly informed or a scam and he became quite abusive.
We bought pens about 2 years ago and constantly get emails and phone calls wanting to speak to the manager (of course he isn't interested). Told them if we need anything we will contact you. Every 2 weeks now, joke

Fraud Automated call from 07719 095516. Receiving an automated telephone call and was told my National Insurance number has been used fraudulently. My assets were going to be frozen and I was going to be arrested if I didn't press 1 to talk to an officer and supposedly fix the issue. Obviously the criminals would pressure you into handing over personal details to enable them to commit fraud using your credentials and information.

I got the call from this number yesterday at 22:14 pm,the guy said hello and asked me if I speak English,I said yes,who are you and call ended.
Recorded message saying its bt and telling me my internet line has been comprpmised and to press 1 to get through to them. Probably a premium rate number. Do not call.
