thid number called me at 10.50 and i said hello and at the other end was an irish lady saying who is this u called my mobile number and i aint called no mobile numbers today so she hung up and i tried to do 1471 but it kept making a funny tone it took me 10 mins to b able to do 1471 bit weird as this is a land line number not a mobile

The question she asked (3 times despite me saying I need to end the call) required a yes or no answer and she was quite aggressive in tone. I have seen info on scam calls recording you saying yes to hack your bank, and this sprang to mind during the call.

When advised it was an unsolicited call, I;m registered with TPS and delete me from their database otherwise I will sure then started to ask how tong I had been registered was it this telephone number. My experience is that the call was from scammers trying to get you to install malware on your pc. They obviously have some information on account holders/numbers to call as they were pretending to be Talk Talk technical support, but they are not..
