I don t know why they give out 0843 numbers because they all seem to be used for these types of premium rate scams. If you register for the non-existant prize draw you are charged huge sums for every message you get from them until all of your phone credit is gone.

When called there is a recorded message "Please hold while we put you through to the next available agent" Keeps caller waiting, then disconnects.

Had a call from a Wayne (over friendly in my opinion) about 4 items purchased prior to Christmas and asking if I d had to return any of the said items, then went on to talk about monthly payments and how I m now in control of what and when I pay. I told him two of the items had been paid for outright. All this information would be on my account, right?The call doesn t sit right with me so will be contacting the company about this call.

Didn't answer it as I did not recognise the number but rang it back they are called first call group a consumer organisation. ..now on my reject list

Called several times. Call cuts out when my answerphone cuts in, a common occurrence with telesales agencies. It seems they wait to get a human voice and until you speak all you hear is a silence... say hello and the noise of a call centre cuts in.

Got a call from this number, the person added me on skype asking to place an ad on gumtree for them. Very pushy and harassing, went through with it as far as I could just for fun. These guys have called me 3 times from 3 different numbers. They have spotted an advert on Gumtree and they continue to call. Really aggressive and unpleasant. Avoid having a conversation with them.
