silent call for 30 seconds , then an automated voice at the end said goodbye.
Automated message telling me my national insurance number is being suspended because it has been linked to various illegal activity and I need to press 1 to speak to an officer if I want to avoid my property being seized and myself arrested. They must think I was born yesterday as I have no intention of pressing 1 where I suspect I would be asked for lots of personal information and a payment to clear a debt I don’t have. I blocked the number instead.
Every couple of days the Green Deals Advice Line leaves a message. Today I called them back, told them we were with TPS and asked them to stop. The loser on the other end just hung up on me. When I 1471 d him the number that came up was 01313324913.
When I answered it was like I was on hold to Asian talking and music.

These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". Called from 01245 407320 Unsolicited call from these cowboys today ( 25 Oct 2014). Despite my number being on the TPS, they asked for me by name.
